PA law prohibits us from buying and selling alcohol. This means, alcohol is not included in our pricing.

You may cancel up to two weeks before your event.  If you paid in full prior to the two weeks, that money (less the $250 non-refundable deposit) is repayable to you.  If canceled within two weeks of the event, then the refund is voided as per a contract between you and sips MOBILE BAR CO. that is signed upon booking.

Send us a message to see if your date is available.  Then just put a $250 non-refundable deposit down to secure the day and time you’d like!

If the date is available, you can book the day before so we have time to prepare to make sure your event is top notch!

The sky is the limit with our mobile bars.  We serve Pittsburgh and surrounding areas but are able to travel just about anywhere your heart desires!  We have been asked to take one bar to Deep Creek, MD and we're happy to do so with additional travel fees.
